Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer standard and expedited shipping for our kits.

For kits and other orders including paw balm, we highly recommend expedited shipping to ensure the product does not suffer heat damage. We are not responsible for damage to products that are left outside on porches in direct sunlight, or due to lengthy delivery periods.

Free Shipping on ALL ORDERS $50 and OVER!! 

Return & Exchange Policy

We will HAPPILY take back any unused kits within 15 days of their delivery for any reason - no questions asked.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for any product that experiences a manufacturer flaw or defect within 30 days of purchase. Products that were destroyed, damaged or otherwise rendered non-functioning due to human (or pet) error are not eligible for a return.
