We believe all pets should be able to be safe while playing, and we have designed a special Dog Park RangerAid kit specifically for public parks. Please contact us with the name of the park, location, and managing party (contact information helps too!) so we may reach out for permission and coordination of the placement of a RangerAid Park Kit!

Shipping Policy
We offer standard and expedited shipping for our kits.

For kits and other orders including paw balm, we highly recommend expedited shipping to ensure the product does not suffer heat damage. We are not responsible for damage to products that are left outside on porches in direct sunlight, or due to lengthy delivery periods.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will HAPPILY take back any unused kits within 15 days of their delivery for any reason - no questions asked.

We will HAPPILY replace and/or take back any kits that experience a malfunction or flaw of a product within 60 days of purchase.
